Natural light has been maximised and all rooms have access to nature. The highly insulated, air tight thermal envelope and heat recovery mechanical ventilation system ensures that internal temperatures remain comfortable and stable. With the 6.6 Kw pv solar array it is estimated that annual energy costs will be reduced by about $2,000.

I was onsite nearly every day, and saw the attention to detail Tom brings to the site. His values were echoed by the sub contractors he uses and any others he recommended to us.I have no doubt our house is solid and will stand the test of time. Even the inspectors commented on the quality of finish and Tom's commitment to industry standards. We had very few inspectors recommend corrections. I was in business for 40 years and there are very few companies I would recommend as highly as Coy's Constructions.
