Our Paid As Consultant (PAC) process is a collaborative approach between Coy's Constructions and your design during the pre-construction phase. Coy's Constructions provides an independent, separate service that will prepare you for the construction phase and have the absolute best project possible delivered for your budget.
There are three main focus areas during this PAC phase:
- We work with you and your designer to ensure your dream design can be delivered within your budget.
