pre-construction process?
- The pre-construction process is a collaborative approach between Coy's Constructions and your design during the pre-construction phase.
- Coy's Constructions provides an independent, separate service that will prepare you for the construction phase and have the absolute best project possible delivered for your budget.
- There are three main focus areas during this pre-construction phase:
- We work with you and your designer to ensure your dream design can be delivered within your budget.
- ‘Buildability’ – we ensure that your project can be built efficiently, in accordance with building regulations and avoid construction obstacles onsite.
- Cost Analysis – we provide breakdowns of cost in particular areas to allow you to make educated decisions about inclusions and exclusions, and elements which could blow your budget.
- What happens during this process?
- We work closely with your chosen designer to take your home from concept to build. With all the design documents in place, your chosen builder can provide a detailed scope of work, construction timeline and cost analysis.

- Existing property inspections
- Design consultations
- Project Proposal
