PAC Process: Your Blueprint to Success

Our Paid As Consultant (PAC) process is a collaborative approach between Coy’s Constructions and your design during the pre-construction phase. Coy’s Constructions provides an independent, separate service that will prepare you for the construction phase and have the absolute best project possible delivered for your budget.

There are three main focus areas during this PAC phase:

• We work with you and your designer to ensure your dream design can be delivered within your budget.
• Buildability’ – we ensure that your project can be built efficiently, in accordance with building regulations and avoid construction obstacles onsite.
• Cost Analysis – we provide breakdowns of cost in particular areas to allow you to make educated decisions about inclusions and exclusions, and elements which could blow your budget.

We work closely with your chosen designer to take your home from concept to build. With all the design documents in place, your chosen builder can provide a detailed scope of work, construction timeline and cost analysis. With detailed project proposals, construction timelines, and open communication, our PAC process guarantees a smooth transition from concept to completion.
