This project was a major renovation, with a double story extension using the existing footprint of the home, the house required underpinning for the major load points. We stripped the entire roof structure and plaster from the entire interior altering and adding door and window openings whilst keeping the external brickwork. Removed internal walls to create an open plan design and adding an entire upstairs story. This home was converted from a small 3 bedroom home single living to a spacious 5 bedroom home with dual living and kids play area for our clients growing family. Entire house had new windows, new rendered facade and a new roof. The house was transferred from an old dated brick house to a modern design.
