This project is a dual occupancy property with the existing residence which was built in 1849 by John Lee Archer being transformed to a BNB and a new home erected at the rear of the property. The new build was architecturally designed to fit within the landscape. The choice of materials were to stand the test of time with the harsh coastal conditions of picturesque Stanley. The new house was designed to suit the tedious block demands. This split level home was built with the feeling of open plan and high raked ceilings with an abundance of natural light. All the materials used were in conjunction with our clients request for low maintenance living. We built this with energy efficiency in mind using pro climber wraps and products with high performing double glazed windows and doors throughout.
